Amritsar Rural Police Arrests 02 Accused with 02 Pistols 30 Bore and a Motorcycle

As per the directions of Mr. Satinder Singh IPS. DIG Border Range, Amritsar and Mr. Maninder Singh IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, Amritsar Rural Police under the leadership of Mr. Harinder Singh Gill Captain (Investigation) has succeeded in arresting 02 accused with 02 Pistols 30 Bore (5 ROLEX) and a Motorcycle.

The Incharge Special Cell Amritsar Rural along with his police party was checking by making a special blockade at the canal village Kohali when two suspicious youths were seen coming from the side of village Bhittewad. On which the police party, acting promptly, arrested and checked the above suspects, who were identified as Dilraj Singh son of Satnam Singh and Satnam Singh alias Satta son of Hansa Singh, residents of village Kalia Sachhara, police station Valtoha, district Tarn Taran and during the search, 02 pistols, 30 bore pistols (5 ROLEX) and a platinum motorcycle number PB38-D-3485 were recovered from them. On which a case No. 46 dated 02/04/2025 under offence 25/54/59 Arms Act was registered against the above two youths at police station Lopoke and investigation is being carried out. The forward and backward links of the above arrested accused are being thoroughly searched and action will be taken against anyone whose involvement is found.
