* Amritsar rural police HDFC.  Bank robbery case solved: 2 main accused arrested*

 Amritsar rural police    solving the case  HDFC bank robbery case,two main culprits have been arrested.  One lakh rupees, a .32 bore revolver, 5 live cartridges, 2 mobile phones and a vehicle have also been recovered from them.

 Giving more information in this regard, SSP  Mr. Charanjit Singh, a rural resident of Amritsar, while addressing the press conference, informed that on December 20, HDFC  A robbery of Rs 3,96,340 was carried out at the point of a revolver at Bank Branch Nawan village Jandiala.  Taking immediate action in this case, Harinder Singh Gill SP.  HDFC under the leadership of Chief Officer Thana Jandiala.  A case was registered under 309(2) BNS, 25 Arms Act on the complaint of the bank manager.  After which CIA staff and different teams of Jandiala police station worked hard on different theories and traced the culprits who carried out the incident and arrested them.

 SSP  further informed that the names of the arrested accused are Lovepreet Singh son of Meher Singh resident of village Sarhali Khurd district Tarn Taran and Gurnur Singh son of Gurdev Singh resident of village Kalla district Tarn Taran.  1 lakh rupees, a .32 bore revolver, five live cartridges, a Ford Figo vehicle and two mobile phones have been recovered from their possession.  The accused have confessed their crime during interrogation.  He further said that the police is investigating the matter thoroughly so that their other accomplices can also be found out.  Along with this, the previous criminal records of these two criminals are also being checked.
